World of Origin: Rockman.EXE Anime
Armored Description: Resembles a child wearing a jumpsuit; has a helmet with two huge glowing orbs, as well as antennae that end in plugs. He cannot pass for a human being.
Current Status: DELETED
-History and Personality-
Backstory: Like the other Darkloids, BrightMan was transported to Reality Vanish by a Dimension Area accident. He was just one of many preparing to bring an "age of evil" to this new world, and was partnered with StarMan.EXE.

Personality in a Nutshell: BrightMan is somewhat hyperactive and eccentric, but not too "bright" (pun not intended). His dangerousness comes from his insanity. His catchphrases are "Check it out!" and "Aren't I shinining?"
-Abilities-
Bright Beam: Fires a bright, electric laser beam from his eyes.
Energy Ball: Releases an energy orb that travels forward and stuns on contact.
Plug Lariat: Attacks with his antennae, grabbing his opponents and shocking them.
Energy Drain: Much like Plug Lariat, except he jams his plugs into his enemies and saps their strength.
Bright Shield: Protects himself with an energy shield.
